2014年毕业于山东大学晶体材料研究所荣获材料学博士学位,同时荣获山东省优秀博士毕业生荣誉。主要从事led太阳光模拟光源、纳米荧光量子点、新型白光led和led应用仪器研发等研究。致力于产学研融合及应用,在理论研究基础上积极推动led的应用和成果转化。作为项目负责人主持国家自然科学基金青年基金项目、青岛市应用基础研究计划项目、中科院理化所开放基金项目;参与国家重点基础研究发展计划(973 计划)项目、国家自然科学基金面上项目、山东省自然科学基金资面上项目等若干项。近期在acs sustainable chem. eng.、journal materials chemistry c, acs appl. mater. interfaces,scientific reports,optics express,optics letters等高水平国际期刊发表sci论文20多篇,获授权发明专利13项。 主要研究方向: 1、 新型荧光纳米材料及在白光led中应用; 2、 基于led的全光谱太阳光模拟光源、设备及其产业化; 承担科研项目: 1、国家自然科学基金青年基金项目:折射率渐变微纳米复合多层结构的可控制备及在高效率gan基led中的应用(51602168),20万元; 2、青岛市应用基础研究计划项目:梯度折射率微纳复合结构增强gan基led光提取效率的研究(15-9-1-28-jch),5万元; 3、中科院理化所开放基金:高显色性碳纳米点基白光led的制备和性能研究,2万元; 4、实验用led及光催化设备的研制开发,30万元; 5、教育部产学合作协同育人项目:《新能源材料器件专业综合实验》课程系列及实验室建设; 获奖: 1、荣获青岛科技大学实验技术成果二等奖1项(首位); 2、荣获青岛科技大学教学成果二等奖1项(第三位); 代表性科研成果: 代表性论文: (1) zhengmao yin, ziping wang, xinbo dai, naiwei liu, shanshan wang, guicun li, fanglin du,and xun yuan, highly luminescent auag nanoclusters with aggregation-induced emission for high-performance white led application, acs sustainable chem. eng. 2020, 8, 15336−15343.
